Core² CRM - Contacts:
Specifically design to handle both individuals and organizations and their relationship to each other. Now your entire organization can simultaneously access, share and update a single centralized rolodex of contacts. Cross-link multiple individuals to an organization/company or multiple companies to an individual and much more. Now supports International phone formats.

Core² CRM - Correspondence History:
Have a complete linear correspondence history for every contact from every employee to include faxes, letters, e-mails and notes from conversations. Easily maintain, distribute and track e-mail or letter campaigns. Quickly see for any given contact what email campaigns they have received.

Core² CRM - Calendar:
Specifically designed to handle individual and overlapped group calendars. You can display event data in traditional Day, Week and Month views, create individual or repeated events and link to contact records. Option to push calendar events to Microsoft Outlook or Entourage for pop-up reminders and mobile travel and much more. Now supports International date and time formats.

Core² CRM - Tasks:
Manage tasks for yourself or assign them to others. Prioritize tasks by number and color, view all tasks for each employee or view all tasks for each client for all employees. You have the option to push these tasks to Microsoft Outlook or Entourage for pop-up reminders and mobile travel.

Core² CRM - Documents:
Have a centralized repository for your documents so anyone can see and access any documents associated with a respective contact.

Core² CRM - Data Exchange:
Specifically designed to exchange data with either Microsoft Outlook® or Entourage®, QuickBooks® and the Macintosh® OS X Address Book. Push your contacts, calendar, tasks, and email to Microsoft Outlook or Entourage so you can take them with you on the road. Push you contacts to the Macintosh Address Book for integration with portable devices. Push your customer contact information and other pertinent billing data to QuickBooks to eliminate double entry. Additional integration with these applications can be customized.

Core² Invoices - Optional Module:
Create and track customer invoices, payment history (supports multiple payments across multiple invoices) or send invoices via mail, e-mail or print to PDF. This module includes aging reports, sales reports, customer balance reports and graphs. The Core² Invoices module has been pre-programmed to be tightly integrated with QuickBooks using the FM Books Connector plug-in.
